What Could You Do With a Few More Leads?


I’ve cracked the code to lead generation. I’d like to share it with you.



I’ve done over 500 real estate transactions, generated more than 2,000 leads each month, and built a real estate team from 0 to 150 agents in the past two years alone.

While most agents struggle to generate any leads at all, I have cracked the code on lead generation.
If you have inconsistent results, we can help. I know what it’s like to get inconsistent results because I got them early in my career. I’m not a prototypical salesperson. However, I’ve finally cracked the code on lead generation and now I have more leads than I know what to do with.

Building my lead generation machine has allowed me to get out of production. This machine is generating over 2,000 high quality leads per month. My biggest problem is that I need real estate agents to actually work those leads. Even though I have 150 agents in my brokerage, not everyone is able to take new leads. Some only work part-time, some are already swamped. Some of my leads go unresponded to as a result.

We have more leads than we know what to do with.
Every single agent who has joined my team has doubled their production in year one. I have the numbers to back that up. If you’re getting 20 to 40 quality leads per month and you’re even only closing a fraction of them, it's easier to increase your production.
